We are looking for a Communications Analyst to support marketing communications initiatives across Latin America, with a strong focus on markets including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Central America. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of regional communications activities that support business priorities and strengthen engagement with key audiences.

Working closely with colleagues across functions and external agency partners, you will help drive integrated communications programs across digital channels, public relations, content development, customer events, and marketing communications campaigns. You will also monitor communications performance metrics and provide insights that help optimize audience reach and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with exposure to multiple markets and stakeholders. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality communications initiatives that enhance visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute to regional business objectives.

You will be based in Bogotá-Colombia. You may be required to travel to customer sites up to 15% of your time across the region.

- Support the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives across Latin America, including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Central America, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives;
- Monitor and oversee social media channels, paid media activities, and content marketing initiatives delivered in partnership with external agencies and vendors;
- Track, analyze, and report communications key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), public relations value, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), email open rates, and website traffic, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance and audience engagement;
- Coordinate communications, public relations, digital marketing, and marketing communications projects together with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and alignment with regional priorities;
- Create, edit, and publish communication materials, articles, and digital content while partnering with stakeholders across functions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment;
- Develop, plan, and execute customer events across the region, ensuring effective coordination, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality delivery.

We believe you have

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;




- Practical experience in communications, digital marketing, social media, or related areas, preferably supporting multiple markets or regional initiatives;
- Working knowledge of paid media, digital campaigns, social media management, content marketing, and communications performance measurement;
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and media planning practices is considered an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, interpret, and communicate communications performance metrics and insights;
- Fluent English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions, markets, and cultures;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
