? Location: Colombia-Medellin

? Modality: 100% On-Site

? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? English Level: Advanced (C1)

? Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

What You'll Do

As a Benefits Technology Associate, you'll play a key role in the implementation, administration, and optimization of benefits technology platforms. You'll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, payroll providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and data management.

✅ Manage employee enrollments, eligibility updates, and benefits changes

✅ Configure and maintain benefits administration platforms, including Employee Navigator

✅ Support open enrollment projects and implementations

✅ Analyze, validate,



and reconcile employee benefits data

✅ Investigate and resolve enrollment, eligibility, and system issues

✅ Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, payroll providers, and HR teams

✅ Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation

✅ Help improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Employee Benefits
- Insurance
- Benefits Administration
- HR Technology
- Related industries

✔ Advanced English (C1)

✔ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

✔ Experience working with:

- HRIS platforms
- Benefits Administration Systems
- Employee Navigator (preferred)
- ADP, Paylocity, or similar systems

✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
