We are looking for a Bilingual customer service representative for a dental clinic. The candidate MUST be hard working and have good problem solving skills. No experience required and training will be provided.
Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.
- Call patients to confirm appointments and book pending treatment
- Protect confidential client and company information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
- Should speak and understand Basic English
- Professional, friendly, and dependable.
- Need minimum three-year commitment at work.
- Minimum high school degree required but college degree with be preferred.
Compensation
- COP 2,794,679 - COP 2,981,266 per month
Work Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am Pacific Standard Time to 7pm Pacific Standard Time i.e Tuesday to Saturday 12:30pm local Time to 9pm local Time
