You will own PHP/Python APIs, Zendesk AI Agents, IVR platforms, and N8N/Make workflows to deliver AI-powered, data-driven CX solutions. You will collaborate with CX Operations across time zones, produce PRDs and Confluence documentation, and contribute to GenAI integrations while improving bot handle rate and contact costs.
