Skills and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Design Preparation: Prepare and review designs (documents and plans) and incorporate comments, according to specific requests from the Engineering and Projects area, using the software and office package and standards, to comply with the requirements of each discipline.
- Registration and control of Man Hours: Record the consumption of Man Hours of each deliverable/activity in the Man Hours Registration and Control System established by the company, to monitor the profitability of the project.
- Technical Quality Management in Deliverables: Use the tools and methods established by the company to control the quality of deliverables, in accordance with the specialty to which you are assigned, using the standards and control schemes that have been defined, in order to ensure that all projects meet the Quality and Compliance parameters defined in the Quality Plan for each project and in the Value Promise.
- Quantity Surveying (Based on Specialty): Estimate and review quantities of work based on the specialty, using design documents, for budgeting purposes.
- Support for Client Technical Inquiries: Support the Specialist Engineer and/or Project Manager in responding to technical inquiries from clients, participating in formal and regular meetings with the Specialist Engineer or Specialty Manager to adequately address concerns and remain vigilant for scope changes that require immediate change control actions.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
