What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver technology projects and strategic solutions for clients within a Managed Service Provider environment. This role combines technical consulting, project delivery, client engagement,



and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are properly scoped, executed, documented, and completed according to customer expectations and established standards.
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, following established project-delivery processes and required templates. You will validate project intake requirements, coordinate resources and timelines, monitor project scope and profitability, and ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.
You will conduct discovery and scoping sessions to understand client business objectives, technology challenges, and infrastructure needs. You will present proposed solutions, clarify scope, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.
