About the role:

We’re seeking a Studio Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a North American Client that works on exciting CPG brands. As a vital member of the resourcing function, you’ll closely partner with the Associate Director of Operations,



the Business Director and on-site and remote teams. You will fulfill resource requests, monitor employee utilization, coordinate internal moves across accounts, and source high-quality talent for both short-term and long-term placements. This role also involves monthly reporting for retained accounts as well as data entry and maintenance within proprietary systems and partner platforms.

The Studio Manager owns capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization tracking across the full studio. You maintain a real-time view of team capacity, flag bottlenecks before they impact delivery, and partner with Integrated Project Managers to ensure workload is balanced, SLAs are protected, and the studio operates at healthy utilization levels.
