Team Overview
The International Sales organization delivers Fraud & Identity solutions that help organizations engage, onboard and manage their customers more effectively, including fraud mitigation, digital fraud management, digital identity and analytical solutions. This role will collaborate with Colombia, regional and general solutions teams to grow the Fraud & Identity business across target customer segments in Colombia and Latin America. The position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Colombia

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
• Drive new business and revenue growth for TransUnion’s Fraud & Identity solutions across target industries in Colombia, with broader support for Latin American opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans that prioritize prospective “greenfield” clients,



cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and initiatives that expand solution adoption.
• Lead the sales pursuit throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including prospecting, buyer engagement, opportunity development, presentations, contract negotiations, closing and handoff to client success teams.
• Build relationships with senior buyers, decision-makers and influencers, navigating complex client and internal organizations to advance opportunities
• Deliver consultative presentations that demonstrate TransUnion’s value proposition, address client needs, manage objections and support successful commercial negotiations.
• Partner with regional sales teams, account managers, Lines of Business, global solution subject-matter experts and pre-sales engineers to develop and execute account strategies.
