As an IT Support Specialist (Tier 1/2), you will be the backbone of daily technical operations across the Latam region. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT experiences across macOS and Windows environments, managing regional IT projects, maintaining user access, and resolving service requests with speed and precision. This is an office-first role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced global fintech environment.
• Deliver exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across Mac OS and Windows OS environments for team members across Latam and global offices.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
• Plan and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware/software installations, and office technology rollouts across the region.
• Provide technical advice and conduct training for local and regional employees to maximize adoption of internal tools and best security practices.
• Manage, triage, and resolve incoming service tickets efficiently using Jira Service Desk while maintaining detailed documentation in Confluence.
• Handle endpoint management, device provisioning, and policy deployment using Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and PDQ.
• Administer, configure, and maintain core productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace and Slack.
