Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Data Strategy who will:

Collaborate with Planning, Activation,



and Analytics teams to turn audience data into actionable marketing strategies and support precision marketing across paid, owned, and earned media.

Generate, manage, and quality-check audience metadata, ensuring the audience library remains accurate and continuously updated.

•
Support the development of audience strategies, deriving insights and translating audience logic into activation in collaboration with internal teams, client stakeholders, and data partners.

Act as a power user of WPP Open platforms to support data strategy workflows.

Assist with quantitative data analysis, including audience segmentation, business forecasting, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Monitor media data and audience syndication, reporting on audience sizing, delivery, and performance.

Manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinating with agency teams to keep work organized, communicate updates, and meet deadlines.
