Traffic Tech is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Bogotá.
If you have solid experience in Accounts Payable, enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, and are comfortable communicating in English, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Advanced English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with ACCPAC is a plus
What you’ll be doing
- Process invoices, employee expense reports,
and supplier payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
- Manage check and EFT payment runs
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments
