Role Description

• The Sales and Service Representative is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting prospective and existing insurance clients throughout the entire sales cycle. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries,



explaining coverage options, assisting with quotes, applications, renewals, and endorsements, and ensuring clients understand policy terms, limits, and exclusions. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up with leads, coordinating with underwriting and insurance partners, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage or reduce risk. The Sales and Service Representative will communicate regularly via phone, email, and virtual meetings, provide clear and professional customer service, and contribute to meeting the team's sales and retention goals. This position involves simplifying complex insurance concepts and providing guidance to clients.
