Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Forex Account Manager – Conversion Agent, based in Colombia, to convert newly registered leads across the LATAM region into active, funded trading clients. The role requires strong sales and persuasion skills, a solid understanding of the Forex markets,



and the ability to guide clients through onboarding and their first deposit while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Contact and engage newly registered leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email, converting them into first-time depositors (FTDs).
• Client Onboarding: Guide prospective clients through account opening, KYC/document verification, funding methods, and trading platform setup.
• Product Advisory: Present Forex and CFD products, account types, and trading platforms tailored to each client's experience level and trading goals.
• Objection Handling & Follow-Up: Overcome client objections and consistently follow up on warm and pending leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, lead status, and sales activity in the CRM.
