What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Centralized Services Engineer to own and support the tools, platforms, and configurations used across internal IT operations and client environments within a Managed Service Provider environment.
You will configure, deploy, integrate,



and maintain core technology platforms while helping standardize systems, improve operational efficiency, and automate recurring processes. The role will include supporting Microsoft and AWS cloud environments, backup and disaster recovery solutions, endpoint and identity platforms, networking technologies, and security tools.
You will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for patching, remediation, and system maintenance, build operational reports and system-health checklists, and maintain clear technical documentation and runbooks. You will also collaborate with Service Desk, Technical Alignment Management, vCIO, and Professional Services teams to reduce recurring issues, automate processes, resolve technical misalignments, and support specialized deployments.
