As a Data Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for building and maintaining account data, troubleshooting with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring, and on-going, correspondence with internal and external customers regarding account information. Your main tasks will include handle inbound phone calls, build new accounts, testing of alarm panels and process and respond to all customer requests.



Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and complaints from our clients.

To excel in this role, strong customer service skills are crucial. You should be proactive and capable of building strong client relationships while thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Additionally, proficiency in data entry and customer support is preferred, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every customer.
