Job Description
As we’ve grown from a startup into a global company, our teams and challenges have grown with us. We’re now looking for a People Experience Manager to join our team in Colombia.
This is a newly created role,



so you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how we support our people and leaders as the Colombia business continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong HR expertise with a hands-on approach, someone who enjoys building processes, coaching leaders, developing teams, and tackling people challenges along the way.
How will you make an impact?
• Drive our hiring plans: Make sure we execute the country Headcount Plan proactively and on time, balancing speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

• Build strong people foundations: Implement and standardize HR policies and processes that support our growth strategy and are aligned with our integral PX framework, including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.

• Partner with leaders: Work closely with the Colombia leadership team, coaching them and providing practical, expert advice on people-related topics.
