What you will be doing:
You will own the books end-to-end, from daily transaction entry through month-end close, and be the person leadership relies on for an accurate, up-to-date financial picture.



This is a hands-on role: you will manage AP/AR, run reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and support payroll and compliance, while also looking for ways to make the finance function itself run better.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and journal entries

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks Online

Accounting & Reporting
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

• Prepare P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues

Payroll & Compliance
• Process or support payroll and payroll reconciliation

• Assist with sales tax filings and compliance requirements

• Maintain organized fina
