About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives,



from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Retail Credit Risk Manager to help grow our retail credit portfolio safely and profitably. You’ll use data to shape risk-adjusted return requirements and lead preventive and reactive actions that improve credit performance.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing retail credit risk exposure across the full credit lifecycle, from acquisition through portfolio management and collections
• Monitoring portfolio performance using key KPIs and BCIs, identifying trends and emerging risks
• Partnering with the Risk Modelling team to develop, implement, and monitor retail credit risk models
• Managing risk appetite through limit calibration, monitoring, and escalation of material exposures
• Reviewing and challenging first-line policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they align with the risk framework
• Assessing credit risk for new products and initiatives
