Position Overview
Kruger is seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to support and evolve business capabilities across procurement, materials management, inventory and warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on functional support, business analysis, solution design and project delivery in a multi-site manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT colleagues, vendors and project teams to maintain reliable operations, resolve issues, deliver improvements and strengthen process and system documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP MM, Inventory Management and related warehouse processes, including incident troubleshooting, service requests, root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
• Partner with Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, Maintenance, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• Support end-to-end processes including material master data, purchase requisitions and purchase orders,



goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, reservations, batch or classification-related requirements and warehouse stock movements.
• Analyze business processes, identify control or efficiency gaps and recommend solutions that align with Kruger standards and manufacturing operations.
• Configure and test SAP functional changes within approved scope; prepare clear functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers, integration teams, security, infrastructure and external vendors to deliver cross-functional solutions and resolve defects.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing. Maintain traceable test scenarios, results, defect evidence and business approvals.
