We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Bilingual Customer Service / Administrative Specialist to join the residential team and support operations end-to-end.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment.

Role overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service / Administrative Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact supporting residential services from beginning to end. You will work closely with the Residential Regional Manager to manage daily operations,



handle scheduling, coordinate estimates, process invoices, and resolve client inquiries or service issues in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a customer-focused candidate with strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication in both English and Spanish, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail across daily administrative operations.

Selection process The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4–6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests.
