The Investment Management Analyst/Associate will support the origination, analysis, execution, and monitoring of debt and hybrid finance investments across Latin America, with a primary focus on financial institutions, including banks, non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs), and other financial intermediaries.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling skills, and the ability to support multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the investment lifecycle, from transaction screening and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Finance in Motion.

The position is well suited for a high-performing professional with approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, investment management, credit analysis, or financial institutions analysis.

English is the company’s working language. Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable given the team's significant exposure to Brazil.





Key responsibilities:
Transaction Structuring, Execution & Monitoring • Conduct financial and credit analysis of prospective clients and investment opportunities, with a focus on financial institutions.
• Support the assessment of debt capacity and capital structure for senior, subordinated, and hybrid debt instruments.
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and stress-testing scenarios.
• Prepare investment memoranda, credit proposals, financial analyses, and term sheets for internal approval processes.
• Coordinate due diligence activities across legal, financial, ESG/I&S;, AML, and risk workstreams.
• Support transaction negotiation and closing processes in coordination with internal teams, external advisors, and counterparties.
