Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands:

The OTC QA Specialist I supports quality, accuracy, controllership, credit risk administration, and data integrity across the Order-to-Cash organization. The role performs transaction reviews, cash application audits, customer account setup and maintenance validation, foundational credit reviews, reconciliations, cash research,



and exception management in accordance with approved procedures, delegated authority, and internal controls.

The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in cash application processes and acts as the operational owner of unidentified and unapplied cash activities. Working closely with Cash Applications, Collections, Billing, Accounting, Treasury, Sales, and Project Management teams, this role ensures timely research, resolution, reconciliation, and accurate application of customer payments while maintaining strong internal controls and cash management practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cash Application Quality & Controllership

• Perform daily and periodic quality reviews of cash application transactions.

• Audit lockbox, ACH, wire, virtual card, credit card, and other payment transactions for accuracy and completeness.

• Validate payment applications against remittance docum
