Job Description
Lead the district’s commercial performance and field execution while defining and driving the Retina and Glaucoma marketing strategy. The role is accountable for developing field capabilities, coaching the sales team, translating patient, customer and market insights into differentiated strategies, and ensuring strong cross-functional execution to improve patient outcomes and deliver sustainable business growth.
• Lead the district commercial strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Eye Care business objectives,
brand priorities and customer needs.
• Own district performance against sales, demand, market-share, execution and customer-engagement objectives.
• Translate national brand strategies into differentiated districts, territory and account plans.
• Allocate field resources based on business potential, customer opportunity, patient needs and strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of call plans, account plans
• Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization.
• Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to the development of the Brand strategy through the Brand Planning process in line with strategy defined by General Brand
