Performance Management Specialist

Design, develop, and maintain the operational performance ecosystem of Amrize Colombia’s Shared Services Center. This role ensures the availability, quality, standardization, and automation of corporate metrics,



providing accurate insights to evaluate target achievement and service performance. Acting as the analytical backbone for strategic decision-making, the position connects operational data with continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, standardize, and evolve the operational metrics framework, including KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs, as well as strategic metrics such as OKRs, across all BSC service lines.
• Ensure consistency in metric definitions, calculation formulas, data sources, and taxonomy across service lines.
• Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams in the design and maintenance of data capture workflows, ensuring operational data is accurate, traceable, and scalable.
• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of centralized and automated dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and service line productivity.
