Job Purpose
Carry out the weighing and manufacturing process of fragrance and base samples in compliance with established procedures, ensuring timely delivery according to internal customer requirements while maintaining quality standards and Health & Safety (H&S;) requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Receive sample manufacturing requests from Evaluation, Applications, Quality Control, Perfumers, Regulatory Affairs, and Production, and process them according to established specifications.
• Perform the weighing process in accordance with the company’s procedures using the system.
• Verify on a weekly basis that calibration requirements for assigned equipment are up to date and complied with.
• Monitor raw material inventory, ensuring that all materials to be used have a valid Quality Control approval status to guarantee the suitability of fragrances, bases, and solutions.
• Timely communicate the need to purchase raw materials from both the Colombia palette and the integral palette, submitting the corresponding request to Production or
• Procurement as appropriate, to ensure material availability.
