About the roleWe are looking for a Community Manager who will become the primary day-to-day owner of Somia’s social engagement and lead conversion across three core social accounts.
Your first responsibility is making sure DMs, comments, story replies, questions and buying signals are handled consistently and followed through. You will also support social publishing and create polished social media assets, so strong design ability is important, but this is first and foremost an engagement and conversion role.
This role sits at the point where content, conversation and sales meet. You will make sure people who respond to our content are not left waiting, important comments and DMs are followed through, buying signals are recognized and conversations move naturally toward the appropriate Somia offer.

You will also create polished social media assets and support day-to-day social execution. We are looking for someone with strong design ability as well as the communication and marketing judgment to manage real conversations with our audience.

What you’ll own

• Respond promptly and consistently to people who reply to stories, comment on content, ask questions or show interest in Somia’s work.
• Recognize buying signals, answer routine pre-sale questions and guide interested people toward the most appropriate product or next step.
• Use warm, human conversation rather than high-pressure sales tactics or rigid scripts.
• Follow up on promising conversations and use thoughtful outreach where appropriate so good leads do not simply disappear.
• Understand when a conversation should remain in social, when it should move toward a purchase and when it needs to be handed to customer support or another team member.
• Use approved brand voice, FAQs, internal guidance and AI support while applying good judgment to each conversation.
