We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Personal Injury Litigation team. This role works closely with Litigation Attorneys to manage complex personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, Compulsory Medical Examinations (CMEs), mediation, case development, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Litigation Support
• Manage personal injury litigation files from transfer through resolution or trial.
• Maintain accurate case records, deadlines, and calendars in Filevine.
• Review transferred files to identify outstanding tasks, deadlines, and case needs.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and litigation processes.
• Provide regular case status updates to attorneys.

Discovery Management
• Track, prepare, and coordinate all phases of discovery, including:
• Interrogatories
• Requests for Production
• Requests for Admission
• Supplemental Discovery
• Coordinate timely discovery responses and document productions.




• Prepare and file attorney-approved documents through the Florida e-Filing Portal.
• Monitor defense deadlines and assist with discovery-related motions and follow-up actions.

Depositions & CMEs
• Schedule and coordinate plaintiff, defendant, and witness depositions.
• Arrange court reporters, interpreters, virtual meetings, and logistics.
• Prepare deposition binders and client preparation materials.
• Coordinate Compulsory Medical Examinations (CMEs), including scheduling, client communication, and report tracking.

Mediation & Trial Preparation
• Prepare Med Charts and litigation summaries for attorney review.
• Verify medical balances, liens, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate mediation scheduling and preparation of mediation packages.
• Assist attorneys with exhibit organization, witness coordination, trial notebooks, and court deadline compliance.

Evidence & Case Development
• Gather and organize critical case evidence, including:
