The Role:
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong drive for results and a passion for helping people take the first step toward better health.
This is a dedicated prospecting and appointment-setting role responsible for engaging every inbound lead through phone, email, text, and the website's Intaker live chat, while also conducting proactive outbound prospecting to maintain a full and qualified pipeline for the Sales Closer.
Unlike a general front-desk role, the SDR's primary responsibility is to have value-based conversations with prospects,



understand their goals, position the appropriate starting point among the company's services, and book qualified prospects onto the Sales Closer's calendar through Calendly.
The SDR does not close the sale personally. Success is measured by the volume and quality of qualified appointments generated each week.
The SDR must be knowledgeable about all Sports Performance services and confidently guide prospects toward the appropriate starting option. However, the SDR must remain within scope at all times and must not diagnose, provide medical advice, make medical claims, or guarantee outcomes. Clinical judgment remains with the providers.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Monday – Thursday: 9:15 AM–6:15 PM | Friday: 8:15 AM–5:15 PM
