Sales Specialist (Remote) – Debt Settlement | Solutionary

Solutionary helps U.S. consumers resolve eligible unsecured debt through creditor negotiation. We are a growing settlement company. This seat is for people who can run a sales conversation, explain a regulated product clearly, and enroll qualified clients—not for people looking for an easy remote job.
The role

Full-time, remote. Inbound / warm leads only. You are not cold-calling a dead list. You are expected to pick up, take control of the call, educate, handle objections, discuss fees without freezing, and close.
Daily work:
• Call and follow up with leads who already asked about debt relief
• Run a consultative close: debt picture, hardship, how settlement works, cost, next step
• Handle trust, spouse, “other company promised 50%,” and “I’ll think about it” objections
• Enroll qualified clients and keep the CRM accurate
• Hit weekly/monthly enrollment targets

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday (1-hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks). You must be on the phone and available those hours.



A quiet room, headset, and stable internet are required.
Who this is for

A closer. Prior phone sales in debt relief, insurance, loans, solar, timeshare, or another high-consideration product is strongly preferred. Customer-service-only or chat-only backgrounds usually fail here.
You will do well if you:
• Have a track record of closing, with numbers you can recite
• Are fluent in spoken English with U.S. consumers (money, credit, and fees)
• Can work independently and do not need to be pushed to make the next call
• Are comfortable talking about fees and asking for the enrollment
• Can handle a dry day without disappearing

You will not do well if you:
• Need a large guaranteed salary to survive month one
• Fold when a prospect says they don’t trust debt companies
• Want a slow ramp or light call volume
• Cannot work the full Eastern Time shift from a professional setup
