We are expanding our ITO team in Bogotá and are currently looking for an NOC Analysts (Parching) to manage and support our clients' operating system environments.
You will collaborate directly with our IT Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure top-tier system availability and performance.
What we are looking for:
? 3+ years of experience in IT, Technical Support, or Infrastructure
? Hands-on familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
? B2+ English proficiency ? A basic understanding of ITIL frameworks, backups, and virtualization
