The RoleWe are looking for an SEO & Google Ads Specialist to drive qualified leads through paid search, organic search, local SEO, and website conversion optimization.
This is not a role focused only on traffic or rankings. We want someone who understands the full journey—from the moment a parent searches online to the moment they become a qualified lead.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads• Manage and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Improve CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword, search-term, bidding, audience, and budget analysis.
• Test ads, targeting, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor conversion tracking and attribution.

SEO & Local SEO• Develop strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads.
• Perform keyword,



competitor, technical, and on-page SEO analysis.
• Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and website structure.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings.
• Monitor local rankings, citations, and NAP consistency.
• Identify high-intent local search opportunities.

UX & Conversion Optimization• Review websites and landing pages to identify conversion barriers.
• Improve navigation, calls-to-action, forms, content structure, and user flow.
• Analyze behavior using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and similar tools.
• Recommend and test changes designed to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to implement improvements.

Requirements• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERPs, and local SEO.
• Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Sear
