Role Description The Bilingual Medical Assistant Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting clinical and administrative operations in a healthcare setting. On a day-to-day basis,



this role assists with patient intake, gathers medical histories, and coordinates communication between patients and healthcare providers in two languages. The position includes managing medical records, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting billing and administrative workflows in alignment with AIMA’s revenue cycle processes. The Medical Assistant Administrator helps ensure accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations, and provides responsive, culturally sensitive support to patients and clinical staff. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, use of electronic medical record systems, and clear written and verbal communication are central to success in this role.
