About the Role
We are hiring a Program Coordinator to own day-to-day program operations, client onboarding tracking, and cross-functional coordination across our US and India teams. This is not a traditional coordination role. You will own program timelines end-to-end, drive accountability across distributed teams, and ensure projects move from kickoff through completion with minimal supervision. As the team grows, this role may expand to include direct reports.
Responsibilities
Program Management and Delivery
• Own end-to-end program timelines for client onboarding,
product rollouts, and internal projects
• Track and report weekly status across all active programs to leadership
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive resolution across teams
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, milestone trackers, and delivery dashboards
• Run weekly program review meetings with US and India teams
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines with minimal escalation
Client Onboarding Operations
• Track client onboarding stages from validation batch through go-live
• Maintain the weekly onboarding status tracker and distribute updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate validation batch uploads, audit reports, and milestone sign-offs
• Track weekly MR% across clients against tier-based thresholds and flag misses early
• Propose corrective actions when client timelines slip
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate between engineerin
