About The Role

What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly influence how AI behaves in the real world? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure they meet rigorous standards for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment.

This is meaningful, intellectually engaging work — and you don't need a background in AI or policy to make an impact. If you can think critically, write clearly, and evaluate nuanced content with objectivity, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
• Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or harmful to users
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in AI responses
• Work across a wide range of topics and content types — no two days look the same




• Complete assignments independently and on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
• Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology
• A clear and concise written communicator — your feedback needs to be actionable
• Detail-oriented and consistent, even when working with ambiguous or sensitive material
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required

Nice to Have

• Background in ethics, philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or a related field
• Experience evaluating or moderating content professionally
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
• Understanding of concepts like algorithmic bias, content moderation, or responsible AI
