? The profile we're looking for




We're not looking for a digital marketing expert — we're looking for someone with a consulting mindset, able to structure, coordinate, and drive complex projects to completion (PMO), with strategic vision and comfort operating across business, product, technology, and client teams.

You should have:
✅ 4-7 years of experience in consulting, project management, client delivery, or client engagement environments
✅ Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives (business + product + technology)
✅ Ability to gather requirements, monitor milestones, and drive solution adoption
✅ Proven trilingual proficiency: advanced/high Spanish and Portuguese, high English (required)
✅ Nice to have: prior experience in personalization, CRM, loyalty, martech, or campaign management

? What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of personalization projects for financial institutions
• Serve as the bridge between Delivery, Product, Technology, and Account teams
• Gather and validate
