O2C Specialist

Manage and monitor Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring their proper execution and stability in accordance with established procedures and business requirements. This role is responsible for identifying and managing deviations,



supporting the team in the correct execution of activities, providing relevant information for decision-making, and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives that contribute to efficiency, quality, and internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify process deviations and incidents, proposing and following up on improvement actions that contribute to strengthening process quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and feedback to internal and external customers regarding the resolution of complaints, claims, and inquiries related to O2C processes.
• Prepare and present periodic reports and performance updates, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of information to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Identify and promptly communicate incidents, risks, and critical situations that may impact operations, promoting appropriate and timely managemen
