Role Description This full-time remote Junior Tax Accountant / Data Entry role supports the firm’s tax and accounting operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include entering and organizing financial data, preparing workpapers, and assisting with the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and state/local filings).



The role involves maintaining accurate records for corporate bookkeeping, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and helping resolve basic tax and account discrepancies. The Junior Tax Accountant will collaborate with senior staff, follow documented procedures, and meet deadlines during peak tax seasons. The position also requires clear communication with internal team members and adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.
