At Identidad Tech, we've spent 25 years building telecommunications solutions for carriers and enterprises worldwide: Wholesale Voice, SMS, Cloud Numbering, and Managed Services. You'll own the full voice and SMS billing dispute cycle end-to-end, as part of our Finance team in Bogotá.
The essentials — please read before applying
? 100% on-site at our Bogotá office, Monday to Friday, for at least the first 6 months.
?️ English B2 or higher — part of the interview is in English.
? 3–5 years reconciling records against invoices and resolving billing disputes. If you're looking for a remote or hybrid role right now, this one isn't the right fit — and we'd rather tell you upfront.
What you'll do
- Analyze CDR/EDR and reconcile carrier traffic records against our internal platforms.
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies and dispute differences per contract terms.
- Resolve carrier and customer invoice disputes, validating claims to accept or reject them.
- Maintain the dispute log aligned with accounting and prepare the weekly dispute report.
- Process credit memos and accruals from disputes and adjustments.
- Support treasury, collections and reporting (AR/AP Aging, past-due, SOA) and counterparty credit assessments. Your team You'll work side by side every day with our accounting, treasury and AR colleagues, and with our commercial team when a dispute needs it. We like working together in person: sharing lunches, celebrating wins, and helping each other through the monthly close.
Requirements
- Completed (graduated) degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
