As a Senior Software Developer III, you operate as a technical leader within your team and across the broader engineering organization. This is an AI-first role: you're expected to lead by example in using agentic-AI tools as the default way of getting work done, not as a bolt-on. You shape architecture and design, raise the bar on engineering quality, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value. You operate primarily across our cloud platform and architecture, with the versatility to step into a legacy native Windows codebase when refactoring or security work is needed there. You are equally comfortable guiding agentic-AI tools to deliver code, reviewing designs,
and influencing how the platform evolves.
