A growing U.S.-based company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with advanced English proficiency and a strong sales-oriented profile to lead our outbound prospecting efforts in the North American market.
We are looking for someone who is ready to transition from the traditional call center or BPO environment into a professional sales role, with direct interaction with executives in the U.S. and performance-based compensation paid directly in U.S. dollars.
Location: 100% Remote (Colombia)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 USD base/month + uncapped commissions
Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (standard U.S. business hours)
Required Qualifications
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 verified):



Full spoken and written fluency to communicate and negotiate effectively with native U.S. clients.
• Sales experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales prospecting (cold calling, appointment setting, or BPO experience supporting U.S.-based campaigns).
• Soft skills: Excellent voice modulation, strong persuasion skills, and a high tolerance for objections and rejection.
• Work equipment: Own high-performance computer, noise-canceling headset, stable fiber-optic internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.
