We are looking for a Customer Growth Specialist (CGS) to onboarding new customers, drive product adoption, and grow a book of business over time.
This is a hybrid role that combines Customer Success, Account Management, and consultative SaaS sales. Instead of handing customers from one team to another after the contract is signed, the CGM remains the consistent owner of the relationship.

Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding and implementation of operational workflows using Scoop’s technology platform
• Run regular customer check-ins and performance reviews
• Identify and help advance expansion opportunities in collaboration with account management and sales, demonstrating strong commercial judgment and ownership of growth outcomes
• Analyze usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Support the development of customer success processes and best practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team improvement
• Maintain a high customer interaction cadence (typically 4–5 customer meetings per day) while driving outcomes between meetings
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
• At least 3–5 years of experience working with a B2B SaaS company based in Canada, the United States, or another English-speaking market
• Strong experience working with international or North American customers
• High level of organization, responsiveness, and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations an
