We are looking for a Senior Backend Python Developer with strong technical expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable backend solutions.
This position will participate throughout the entire software development lifecycle and act as a technical reference, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities• Lead the analysis, design, and development of backend services using Python in production environments.
• Design, develop, and integrate robust, secure, and scalable REST APIs.
• Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design solutions considering scalability, maintainability, performance, and code quality.
• Integrate backend services with other systems, applications, and components within the technology ecosystem.
• Apply software development best practices, including Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.




• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local/integral stakeholders.
• Act as a technical reference and provide guidance to junior developers when required.

Mandatory Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software/backend development.
• Strong and recent hands-on experience developing backend solutions with Python.
• Advanced Python knowledge and strong software development best practices.
• Experience with Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and/or Django.
