About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Shopify Website Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution, quality, and customer experience of our Shopify store.

You’ll work closely with our Shopify Website Manager / Developer to keep the storefront accurate, functional, organized, and ready for product launches and promotions.

This role is more technical than a traditional ecommerce assistant. You should be very comfortable inside Shopify, understand how themes and storefronts work, have strong QA instincts, and be able to troubleshoot common website issues independently.

You don’t need to be a senior developer, but you should know enough Liquid, HTML,



and CSS to make basic changes safely and recognize when something needs deeper technical support.

What You’ll Do

Shopify Store Operations
- Manage products, collections, navigation, pages, landing pages, and onsite content
- Set up launches, promotions, discounts, pre-orders, waitlists, and merchandising updates
- Maintain accurate pricing, variants, tags, metafields, images, inventory visibility, and product availability
- Keep homepage, PDPs, collection pages, and navigation accurate and up to date

Website QA & Technical Support
- Perform regular QA across desktop and mobile
- Test pages, navigation, links, promotions, discounts, cart, and checkout flows
- Identify and troubleshoot broken links, display issues, pricing errors, inventory mismatches, and other storefront problems
- Make basic Shopify theme, Liquid, HTML, and CSS updates
- Test changes made by internal or external developers and clearly document issues that need escalation
