We are hiring the person who will design, operate, and continuously improve the AI-powered media engine behind WON, turning every founder conversation, workshop, keynote, podcast, interview, and strategy session into a continuous stream of exceptional content across every major platform. The role sits inside Operational Intelligence and points that discipline at our own operation.

This role reports to the CEO and works directly with the technical team on the internal tooling behind the pipeline.
What You’ll Own
• The complete content production lifecycle: capture, intake, AI-assisted production, review, publishing, and the searchable library where everything lands
• Editorial judgment: which moments are worth cutting, which assets ship, and where the quality bar sits
• Coordination of editors and creative resources, including review of every asset before it publishes
• The measurement layer: production velocity, turnaround time, quality, and what the content actually does for audience and pipeline
• Work with the technical team to design the internal tooling behind the pipeline: ingestion from Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside, Loom, etc, scoring of high-value moments, generation of titles, h
