About The Role

As a Marketplace Account Manager at SellCord, you'll be responsible for managing the operational side, ensuring products are accurately set up, listings meet marketplace requirements, and integrations are working correctly.

You'll work closely with internal teams and marketplace systems to troubleshoot product, inventory, order, and data synchronization issues. This is a hands-on role that requires strong marketplace operations experience, attention to detail, technical problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day marketplace operations for assigned accounts.
• Manage product setup, item creation,



variations, attributes, and marketplace compliance.
• Maintain and optimize product content across large catalogs, ensuring listings meet requirements.
• Manage product feeds and product mapping using UPCs, GTINs, and other product identifiers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot product, inventory, order, and data synchronization issues across marketplace and integration platforms.
• Work with Order Management Systems (OMS), partner portals, and other integration tools to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Manage bulk product updates and catalog maintenance using Excel and marketplace templates.
• Review and resolve marketplace errors, rejected items, and data-quality issues.
• Support review syndication and User Generated Content (UGC) processes.
• Identify recurring marketplace issues and investigate their root causes to develop long-term solutions.
