? About the Role
Join our team as an Implementation Consultant and lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition, delivering client training, configuring solutions, and driving a great customer experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities
? Manage end-to-end client implementations
? Train and support clients during onboarding
? Troubleshoot implementation and system issues
? Configure client accounts and employee data
? Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Client Relations teams
? Identify process improvement opportunities
? Must-Have Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of experience with US Payroll
✅ Strong client-facing experience
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
? Mandatory Skills
???? English Level B2+ or higher (Required)
?? Spanish proficiency (Required)
