At Publicis Integral Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia and support our recruitment efforts across diverse talent programs.

? What You'll Do
✅ Support the end-to-end recruitment process for university and SENA students
✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
✅ Coordinate with universities and educational institutions
✅ Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communications
✅ Support job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
✅ Manage candidate databases and recruitment tracking activities
✅ Help strengthen partnerships with universities and talent networks

? What We're Looking For
✔ Final-semester university students in Psychology,



Business Administration, Modern Languages, or related fields
✔ University approval to complete an internship agreement
✔ Good level of English proficiency (B2 minimum)
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
