Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Salary: $800 base salary + $100 per Commission on Sales
Modality: Full-Time Remote
The adecuado rockstar will be responsible for executing Real Estate Acquisition Sales. They must have sales and customer service experience to have real success in this role. The ideal candidate is a GO-GETTER and is solution-oriented. The idea of a challenge excites this person,
and improving processes to create more sales drives them. A Leader in their own right, and a team player is what we need
Experience
• Previous experience in a sales environment as a rep or sales manager
• A successful and proven sales history
• Self-motivation and drive required
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office.
Position Requirements and Skills
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Must have cold calling or sales experience (with a proven track record)
• Must be ambitious We're looking for a real "Go-Getter" who wants to serve and add value
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific
CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities
