About the rol We're looking for a Data & Operations Intern to help us get smarter about our customers, spotting early signs of churn, growth opportunities, and where we can serve our customers better, using the data we already have.



You'll help bring together information from our different systems (customer usage, support history, commercial data) into one clear, organized picture, the foundation for smarter, more proactive Customer Success. Responsabilities Bring together customer usage, support, and account data from across our systems into one clear, organized foundation Investigate what data we have, how far back it goes, and where the gaps are and help figure out the best way to structure and store it for ongoing use Map out how customer behavior over time connects to real outcomes (who churns, who downgrades, who grows), turning raw history into a clear before/after picture Surface early insights into what actually drives churn, downgrades, and growth: findings the team can act on right away Explore how grouping and segmenting customers can sharpen our understanding of who's at risk and who's ready to grow Track how well our live AI tools are performing week to week,
