POSITION: Data & Automation Analyst, Finance
Location: Remote (4–6 hours daily overlap with US Eastern)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business Hours (TBD)
Compensation: 2500 - 4000 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* High personal drive with a proven track record of teaching oneself new tools and working without close supervision.
* Genuine enthusiasm for AI, actively following new tools and building practical workflows unprompted.
* Strong business curiosity and commercial judgment regarding how a mid-market business operates and generates revenue.
* Verification instinct: a habit of challenging AI-generated outputs, reconciling numbers against source systems,
and auditing totals for accuracy.
* Natural automation instinct—a habit of building permanent solutions when encountering repeated manual tasks.
* Strong data navigation skills with the ability to reason about database tables, logic, and output sanity.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Proven track record of shipping end-to-end automation or data projects.
* Ability to commit to 4–6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
